Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Handle inquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
- Give regular feedback to our vendors and buyers.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
