SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and thriving company who are based in Andover, Hampshire. They are seeking a highly results driven leader with experience in business development/ outbound sales calls, and marketing.
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be heading up the sales team, responsible for their output, whilst assisting with the direct marketing and strategy.
Salary of up to £50,000 per year plus bonuses of up to a further £18,000.
Location: Andover, this is a full-time, office based role.
Hours Monday - Thursday 0800-1700 and Friday 0800 - 15.30
Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales/business development manager, who excels in managing a team, motivating each individual to strive for their best results. You will lead by example and along with your team, champion new business development.
Alongside managing the Business Development Team, you will be providing direction and strategy to the marketing team, optimising outbound marketing and website to achieve the best results for the business.
Sales & Marketing Manager role responsibilities:
- Business Development, managing and lead the business development team
- Quality control of new leads
- Motivating your team to meet their targets.
- Telemarketing - creating new relevant opportunities and good quality leads
- Take on key clients, build rapport with longer term prospects and build up a meaningful pipeline
- Manage CRM and keep up to date
- Provide direction and support to the marketing department
- Social media & website - assist and provide content for company social media, mailshots, news and website
- Actively promote the company on social media channels
- Set up, run and work on regular focused marketing campaigns & newsletters
- Assist sales team to organize, plan and prepare presentations, designs, and quotes
Essentials
- Experience/knowledge of project related sales
- Background in new business development (within project/design/construction)
- Strong managerial skills
- Marketing knowledge
