They are seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team. You will play a key role in developing and building market share whilst also maintaining and nurturing relationships with valued clients. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend market appraisals and win new business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and the sales process from start to finish.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Requirements to be a successful Sales Manager:
- Proven track record at management level in an Estate Agency.
- Strong knowledge of Winchester and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
