We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager / Valuer for well-established Independent agent in Birmingham
We are seeking an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agent
The successful Sales Manager / Valuer will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings in the area.
You MUST have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Key objectives:
- Manage and coach sales negotiators
- Attend valuations and list properties
- Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
- Arrange and agree sales Canvass for new business opportunities
- Maximise cross sales opportunities to the mortgage adviser and recommended solicitor
The Sales Manager / Valuer must Have:
- A Proven background in estate agency
- A Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience of managing a sales team
- Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
- Previous experience with estate agency software
