Ashp Site Manager

We are looking for a national Site Manager to work on ASHP projects across the UK. You will be working for an industry leader with c£50m turnover who have the back office infrastructure to support a high volume of installs. This role is paying £50,000 with a full employed package including a stay away allowance if / when required.

Overview and Responsibilities will include: 

1. Overseeing the Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) on domestic properties.
2. Must have experience in the installation of air source/ground source heat pumps and/or extensive experience installing central heating systems.
3. Carrying out toolbox talks.
4. Audits
5. Weekly reports
6. Attending multiple sites a day.
7. This role will also involve staying away for a couple of nights per week.
8. Assisting engineers on site with technical support.
9. Attending any complaints customers may have regarding heating installation.

Plumbing & Heating / Heat Pump qualifications such as: 

1. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
2. ACS CCN1, CENWAT and Gas qualifications
3. LCL/BPEC level 3 (or equivalent) in heat pump Installation
4. WRAS Water Supply Regs
5. Unvented Hot Water Cylinder (G3)
6. Central Heating Installation – experience
7. Previous experience of installing domestic heat pumps would be beneficial.
8. Installing, wiring, and commissioning heat pumps would be beneficial.
