They provide broad and innovative design and engineering services across a range of sectors (consumer, defence, industrial, utilities, healthcare, automotive, security, and space). Consequently, the work is varied, interesting and often technically challenging.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Administrator for maternity cover. This role is primarily administrative, encompassing a range of tasks to support the smooth functioning of our sales and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating press releases and managing LinkedIn posts

• Overseeing the sales order process and providing CRM input and support

• Scheduling meetings and taking minutes as needed

• Arranging travel logistics, including bookings for hotels, car hire, and flights

• Exhibition support, involving the booking of stands, organizing equipment, and managing profiles

• Handling purchase orders (POs) and dealing with invoices

• Facilitating lunch bookings as required

• Conducting general administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales and marketing environment

• Proficiency in scheduling and travel arrangements

• Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary

This is a temporary role due to maternity cover, but there is a high likelihood of extension at the end of the term.
