My client is one of the UK\'s leading organisations in their field, and they are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their talented team.

Your new role
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Work and assist the team to plan, communicate and implement Marketing Plan
* Assist and drive the social media / digital brand
* Post social media updates and respond to comments and messages
* Gather, organise and deliver relevant and engaging content, including capturing images / video and content from events and suppliers
* Assist in the production of imagery and marketing material
* Provide customer support for on-trade feeding back to the sales team
* Run customer feedback platforms (Feefo / Google Business and others)
* Assist with on-site and off-site events, attending where required
* Run the events diary and areas, co-ordinate with customers and the team to ensure event success
* Assist the Sales Teams to communicate with customers, including news, emails offers, education, website
* Input and prepare new product information for publishing on and offline
* Help maintain the customer database and co-ordinate with the Sales Team
* Assist in preparation of monthly reports to the Management Team
* General office, administration support and holiday cover where required

What you\'ll need to succeed
* Be passionate about marketing and providing a great customer experience
* Customer focused and have customer-facing experience in previous roles
* Have strong written and communication skills
* Excellent IT skills with Social Media/Digital, Video, Photoshop, Excel - Mailchimp - desirable
* Be an excellent communicator, proactive, motivated to succeed and work on your own initiative
* Ability to prioritise work to key deadlines, be thorough, with meticulous attention to detail

What you\'ll get in return
Salary: £24,000+ depending on experience
Monday to Friday hours - 9.00am to 5.30pm - some events take place during the evening, and very occasionally, on the weekend, you will receive time off in lieu.
Bonus: Participation in Employee annual bonus
Holiday: 25 days (excluding bank hols)
Pension: Workplace pension scheme
