The Role

The organisation currently has an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their team based at their site in Poole.

This Sales and Marketing support role will join an established Sales and Marketing Team, duties will include:

• Providing sales support
• Sales quotations
• Ensuring the sales systems and processes are followed and maintained
• Assisting with general office duties and Marketing activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience of working in an administration role is essential
• Experience with technical documents.
• Experience of customer service or client management environment
• Computer-literate, including excel and data entry
• Being proactive and flexible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in using Microsoft computer software
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Being courteous and professional
• Confident, thorough, and collaborative
