Salary: OTE GBP30k

Position: Permanent Full Time

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a highly professional, award winning, independent company that is recruiting for the best candidates across the Medway area.

The ideal candidate should have some experience as a Sales Negotiator within a busy estate agency. You must work well with others, thrive in a sales environment and work well under pressure. You will be results driven, have the ability to build a quick report with clients and deliver first class customer service.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• At least 12 month s previous experience in estate agency sales
• Good communication skills
• Constant enthusiasm and a can do attitude
• Must be organised and highly motivated, a team player
• Must be good timekeeper, confident and well presented
• Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships
• Previous estate agency sales experience preferred but not essential
• Great customer service skills
• Impeccable presentation
• Able to work under pressure
• Full UK driving license and own car
