An excellent opportunity for a driven and diligent Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a unique property investment company.My clients have gone through a period of fantastic growth and as a result of internal promotion, are seeking an office based negotiator to join and deal with incoming leads.Sales Negotiator – Benefits: Circa £25k basic plus Bonus, Company pension scheme, Parking on site, Loads of team socials, Promotion opportunities

Responsibilities
• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries• Book viewings using the company’s system• Complete customer records and update records in the system• Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate• Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system• Generate offers• Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures• Work closely with other third-party operators where appropriate to exceed customer expectations
Requirements
• Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is advantageous• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills• Solid IT skills and an excellent telephone ability• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key• Well spoken and well presented• Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
