£24,000 + commission
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm & 1 in 3 saturdays - 10am - 1pm
My client, a market leader in Estate Agency have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negoatiator to join their team in Harrogate. You will have at least 6 months experience!
Responsibilities:
* Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
* Work with vendors from start to finish building strong business relationships
* Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
* Negotiate and successfully close property transactions
* Refer buyers to partnered mortgage provider and solicitors where appropriate
* Working with one other negotiator and reporting to the business development manager
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market
Requirements:
* Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential at least 6 months
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
* You will be well spoken and well presented
* You will be target driven and ambitious
* You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
* A driving licence
