A fulcrum of the office, sharing in the successes as they happen, you will be an integral part of the sales team gaining and retaining an intimate knowledge of our business.
Job Purpose:
• Providing top customer service both in the office and out in the field to our clients.
• Have a good knowledge of our property stock.
• Accompany viewings for the offices and providing concise feedback on each viewing appointment.
• To manage a diary of appointments to enable a good experience for all customers and to facilitate
travel time to future appointment.
• Key accompanied viewings for the office and the Hub’s point of contact for organising and
executing these successfully.
• Incoming call traffic when office based with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Office photos and Floorplans
• By hands, leaflet dropping, correcting our board profile whilst out and about, all other general
works.
Tasks:
• Generating quality leads for valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments
• Overcoming objections and closing business
• Touting business by prospecting and door knocking
• Competent in negotiating offers, securing sales and driving the swift progress of a sale to
completion.
• Vendor contact
• Proactively match clients to properties
• Highly knowledgeable of local area
• Support the team around you
• Measuring up and preparing floor plans
• Compliance with legislation
• Achieving price reductions
• Knowledgeable of fees and queries regarding fees
Salary - £35,000+ OTE – uncapped commission.
