Seeking a fun and dynamic individual who will bring a unique edge to the team. Someone who has a clear passion for the Property market.
£20,000 - £23,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
* Responsible for the sales and lettings, working a monthly target.
* Meet, greet and welcome customers into the office and properties.
* Register applicants, vendor, buyers and book valuations for the branch manager.
* Operating with new home developments and growing the re-sale market share for the company in Stockport and surrounding areas; you will be well accustomed to the local area.
* You will get your kicks from being a top tier Estate Agent who conducts viewings, negotiates and progresses sales.
* On the lettings, you only conduct viewings and agree lets, the management team will take care of the rest!
* Your will make mortgage and solicitor referrals where appropriate.
* Become embedded in the local community.

Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm, Saturday rota 11am-4pm
Holiday Allowance - 25 days + bank holidays
