Form of workOur client, a well-respected independent agent is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team in Bath.

Working hours of a Sales Negotiator:
- Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- Friday 9 am – 5 pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm (Half day the following Friday)
Our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- £25,000 basic
- £35,000 OTE(Uncapped)
- Training towards relevant qualifications
- Career progression
Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Hungry and driven to do well
- Full UK driver’s license and own car
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication both written and verbal
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Phoning up and registering applicants
- Gaining new business
- Upselling mortgage & Conveyancing opportunities
- Negotiating offers
- Booking and attending viewings
- A bit of Sales Progression
