Contract: Full-time (including Saturday mornings on a rotational basis)
Primary Objectives:
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term connections.
- Skillfully negotiate offers between vendors and potential purchasers.
- Ensure adherence to correct procedures and compliance standards at all times.
- Obtain comparables to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Arrange and conduct viewings while providing regular feedback to clients.
- Assist in general marketing and business administration tasks.
- Monitor the progress of sales transactions, liaising with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors.
