Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in scheduling and task assignment to internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Support administrative tasks and document management.
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination within the Construction/ M&E industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project package.
