Project Administrator with Office Management and HR Administration

** Experience of working within (or strong interest in) the construction, interior design (fit-out) or real estate industries is essential for this position **
The Client:
An interior design and fit-out business established for over 10 years. A small team based in Central London, the business operates across the UK as well as throughout London.
The Role:
This is a varied and busy Project Administrator role, which will involve working across multiple teams to cover areas including:
- Administration and support throughout the project lifecycle: pre-contract, coordination with furniture team and subcontractors, and post-contract (supporting Project Managers, use of ProCore software, raising purchase orders)
- Office management, including arranging internal events and liaising with IT service providers
- HR Administration
- Accreditation support - ISO accreditation audits (once every 1-2 years; 3 ISOs)
- Ad-hoc administration
Candidate Specification:
The following construction / fit-out industry experience would be highly advantageous (however general knowledge of / interest in would be considered):
- Knowledge and experience of maintaining ISOs
- Experience of ProCore software tool - previous ownership of the system would be extremely advantageous
- Experience and knowledge of maintaining and managing accreditations - CHAS, ConstructionLine, SafeContractor, Considerate Constructors Scheme.
- Experience of using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Other essential skills:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong IT skills, in particular with Excel
- Excellent teamwork skills with a muck-in attitude
- Please note that previous experience within HR is not essential for this role.
Additional Information:
- Salary is dependent on experience and up to circa £45K
- Hours are 9am - 5:30pm and the business offer hybrid working of 1-2 days from home each week - flexibility both ways
- Central London location with very occasional national travel required
- Start date ASAP - W 22nd April ideally but candidates on longer notice periods are also encouraged to apply.
