An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to join the team as a Sales Negotiator of a well-established and reputable Estate Agency based in central Norwich.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
- Maintain a database of clients and properties for future reference.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong sales background - KPI driven.
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage client information and property details.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Clean driving license & access to own vehicle.
Salary/Package:
- Basic salary between GBP22,(Apply online only)-GBP25,(Apply online only) DOE + uncapped commission.
