The successful individual must be enthusiastic and energetic with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. In addition to having a full UK driving licence and previous experience within an estate agency.
They are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- Up to £21,000 basic
- £28,000 OTE
- Ongoing training & support
- Career progression
- Bonuses/incentives
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator you must have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Strong IT skills
- A team player
- Career driven
Key tasks for the Sales Negotiator include, but will not be limited to:
- Answering the telephones, professionally and politely.
- Qualifying applicants to company standards, Arranging viewings, Booking valuations
- Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
- Negotiating offers
- Undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
