Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for highly motivated Estate Agents to join our dynamic teams as a Sales Negotiators. Multiple positions are available at our Yarm and Sunderland branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and lettings processes while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients both in person and over the phone.
- Facilitate the progression of sales from agreement to exchange and completion.
- Generate and book property valuations, conduct viewings, and handle lettings negotiations.
- Provide insightful market advice and secure new property instructions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with vendors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our property register.
- Prepare detailed property descriptions, arrange photographs, and coordinate floorplans.
- Manage sales progression administration efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, you are an experienced Sales Negotiator seeking to excel in a leading estate agency.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer care and service.
- Resilient, positive, and highly organized.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A Full UK driving license is essential.
