SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or valuer to join a friendly and established, independent Estate Agency in the Falmouth area with OTE up to £35000 pa plus mileage allowance, parking and mobile phone allowance.
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or valuer to join them to cover the Falmouth and surrounding area. They will consider all levels of experience as long as you have done some estate Agency work recently. They are looking for sharp and driven individuals who would like to work for a friendly firm. You will have your own car and a desire to be working with the best in the Industry. You will have excellent customer service experience, be of smart appearance and be an excellent team player. This is a great firm to work for with low staff turnover.
Duties to include:
- Carrying out viewings when required and negotiating sales
- Booking and carrying out property valuations within the Falmouth & surrounding areas
- Property take ons

Basic salary of £22-27,000 with realistic earnings in the £32-35,000 range based on office commission plus parking worth £1000 pa and mileage allowance of 50ppm.
