Summary of theSales Negotiatorrole
Salary: GBP22,000 + Commission
Job Location: Cranfield
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours working week, Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 6:00pm, working only 5 days a week with one day off during the week to compensate for working Saturdays.
The role
As the Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Setting appointments with property buyers.
- Negotiate purchases with customers over the phone.
- Assess property values.
- Research market conditions and property information.
- Finalise sales.
The experience required
As a successful Sales Negotiator, you will have the following:
- Full driving licence is required.
- Sales experience previously within a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales driven.
