Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for management and staff
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
- Foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Profile
HR Advisor - Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong expertise in managing complex ER cases
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
