Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a professional service business to support them in recruiting an experienced Senior HR Advisor to work as part of a team to ensure that the company maintains a productive and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Advice, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisations objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and legal counsel, as needed.
Requirements:
- CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above
- 3+ years at Advisor level experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven track record of implementing HR programs and initiatives.
The company offers hybrid working and is open to both full time and part-time. On occasions there will be an expectation to travel to other sites.
