We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Glossop.
Responsibilities:
Handling and pricing sales enquiries. Liaising with the external sales team. Providing excellent service to customers at all times. Undertaking stock checks on SAP. Liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items. Processing and checking all orders scheduled within your area. Helping to meet daily budgets for your own geographical area. Communicating with the transport team to ensure that the customer receives the order on time and in full. Efficiently processing complaints, returns and credit requests. Raising quotations and logging on the database About you:
Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not essential as training will be given. Fantastic communication skills- both written and verbal. Keen to build customer relationships. Time-keeping. Excellent attendance record. Team player. What do we offer?
