We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Office Assistant to join our dynamic team following an internal promotion. In this role (33 hours per week), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in achieving success.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional telephone and reception service, creating a positive first impression for our customers.
- Manage our team mailbox, responding efficiently and professionally to customer and supplier inquiries.
- Utilize our Job Management System to log jobs, track progress, assign VAT rates, and bill completed tasks.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with keeping maintenance records up to date.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports as needed.
- ADHOC tasks where required

- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus, but training will be provided.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
