Sales Office Manager

Overview:
We seek an experienced and highly organized Sales Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with team members and clients effectively.

Duties:

• Working closely with the director and managing new business inquiries

• Effective communication with the clients

• Working closely with the business support manager

• Managing social media accounts

• Dealing with the lenders and sourcing the right product

• Building client portfolio with excellent relationship management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience/Skills:

• Strong Negotiation Skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Customer focus mindset

• Strong research skills

• No previous experience is required but preferred if banking experience is held

• Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
