Overview:
We seek an experienced and highly organized Sales Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with team members and clients effectively.
Duties:
- Working closely with the director and managing new business inquiries
- Effective communication with the clients
- Working closely with the business support manager
- Managing social media accounts
- Dealing with the lenders and sourcing the right product
- Building client portfolio with excellent relationship management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience/Skills:
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer focus mindset
- Strong research skills
- No previous experience is required but preferred if banking experience is held
- Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
