Location: Antrim

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + 19% Profit share bonus

The role of the Sales Office Manager - Architectural Mouldings products will involve:

• Internal Sales Office Manager position selling a comprehensive range of manufactured MDF Architectural Mouldings such as: mouldings, skirting boards, internal doors, external doors, fencing, cladding, stairs, soffits, window frames
• You will be selling through distribution via national merchants, independent merchants, timber merchants, builders merchants and buying groups such as: Jewson, Travis Perkins, MKM , Wickes, Howarth
• You will be directly responsible for leading the internal sales team consisting of: 5 Sales Coordinators & 1 Sales Supervisor
• Develop KPI's and conduct regular meetings to ensure effective communication
• There will be customer facing elements including dealing with escalation queries
• Manage the quotation process across the team to ensure profitability

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Office Manager - Architectural Mouldings products experience with:

• Must have 3 + years people management experience OR experience within a senior sales/customer service position directly supervising at least 2 people
• Must have customer service experience, dealing with service escalations
• Ideally have experience MDF / timber / wood based products however would consider building products or wider construction experience
• High level of drive, enthusiasm and self motivation
• Capable of working independently and strong personal skills
