We are looking to recruit a Sales Office Manager who will manage the internal sales and sales admin team to achieve their KPI's, maintain high levels of customer service to drive repeat business, proactively manage their time and workflow of the branch, to achieve company targets. Manage sales budgets in Scotland and bring the team together by coaching, motivating, and leading by example.

What does the role involve?
The ideal candidate for the Sales Office Manager role will effectively manage the internal sales teams time and workload to achieve the company targets and goals while managing Scottish sales and GP to achieve targets. You will also identify new markets and proactively convert leads into new accounts and introduce to the TSM/BDM, via managing the internal sales team, deal with complaints, and partake in inter department liaison.
The successful candidate will also encourage and drive the relationship between internal and external sales, manage the sales team to book appointments for external sales and specification team, and work with the National Commercial Director to set and manage KPI's to grow sales and GP for Scotland.
