Job Title:Sales Operations Analyst


Duration: To start ASAP - Ending June 2025


Pay: £21.41 per hour PAYE


Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours - 3 days onsite, 2 days at home

Our client, a leading organisation in Crewe, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.


The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing scheduling orders received from retailers into the production system. This includes ensuring orders are scheduled according to the build plan and factory restrictions. Additionally, the role entails KPI and performance reporting, as well as maintaining existing reports to keep the department informed on trends and insights.


As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to organise, monitor, coordinate, and control operational activities within the department. Your technical and analytical skills, combined with your operational and business knowledge, will be crucial in providing support and coordination. Working closely with the first-line manager and liaising with all levels of the organisation, your contribution will be essential to the success of projects and initiatives.


Responsibilities:



  • Schedule orders into the production system based on the build plan and capacity restrictions.

  • Develop and maintain sales reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of departmental information.

  • Prepare presentations and reports, providing administrative support for task coordination and consistency.


Requirements:



  • Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.

  • Demonstrable planning, organisational, and operational skills.

  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

  • Budget management experience.

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in numeracy and computer literacy.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with fast-paced deadlines simultaneously.
