Job Description:

Sales Operations Coordinator

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer requests via email and phone, managing opportunities to completion, and proactively owning your own queue. Your duties will include efficient and accurate data entry, building relationships with internal team members, and ensuring excellent service for our customers.

As a Sales Operations Co-ordinator you will…

Work collaboratively with our Sales and Sales Operations teams in order to provide the best in-class customer service to our Customers.

  • Managing opportunities to completion
  • Process Contracts in a timely manner
  • Deal with incoming customer requests via email and telephone
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Proactively manage and own workload
  • Logging and tracking sales requests and orders on internal systems
  • Other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department

In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills;

  • Previous experience in sales support or administration position.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, adept at resolving partner and customer issues
  • Exhibits strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Shows meticulous attention to detail
  • Embraces a positive, professional attitude and work ethic
