What you’ll do
• Work with and manage the Account Management team in hitting agreed SLA’s on all aspects of performance
• Liaise with external stakeholders in order to build, maintain and improve relationships, including key accounts.
• Inspire those in the department towards their individual goals including personal growth and KPI’s
• Work with the wider teams on risk, product and recruitment strategies and projects
• Attend exhibitions, events and workshops to promote business products when required
• Improve visibility of product performance and forecasting
• Ensure governance targets and SLA’s are adhered to
Experience you need
Must be willing to travel to attend client meetings, events and exhibitions
Background with process improvement and sales team management. in a B2B environment
Working with coordinating external/remote teams
Effective decision making abilities
Ability to design and implement new processes
Effective leadership and an excellent motivator
