Day Rate: £250-£275 per day (negotiable based on experience)
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Manchester's Trafford Park area. This project involves the refurbishment of an existing building situated in a bustling and vibrant part of Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the refurbishment project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring compliance with CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness requirements.
- Supervise and manage the site team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports, including progress reports, budgets, and safety records.
Requirements:
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid certification (3-day course).
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role on refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Start Date: 10th June 2024
Duration: 12 weeks+
Day Rate: £250-£275 per day (negotiable based on experience)
