Permanent Site Manager Role - Regional!
The Company
Our client is a dynamic construction contractor with over 20 years within the industry. They provide construction solutions to for their clients who they have big contracts with - excess of £25m forecast this year. They uphold a healthy track record of success and are continuing to grow as a business.
The Projects
Working as a permanent Site Manager, you will be based around the North West working on NHS & Education refurbishment schemes, around the North West. You will be ensuring you deliver the projects in a timely and efficient manor, up to a high standard of work.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
- 5+ years as a Site Manager
- A healthy track record of delivering large Refurbishments projects
Additional skills;
- Ability to travel
- Indicate being a team leader
- Have confidence in your role
- Strong working knowledge of working in the construction industry
The Role

- Reporting to: Contracts Manager
Duties
- Health & Safety
- Quality Assurance
- Progress reporting
- Ordering materials
- Updating Site Diaries
- Inductions / Toolbox Talks
- Participate in site discipline meetings
- Management of on-site labour including subcontractors
- Ensure project is delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget
- Working closely with and providing regular reports to the Contracts Manager
- Maintain daily records including progress pictures within project file to support management
- Assist in the preparation of RAMS & ensure they are reviewed and signed off on a daily basis
