Senior Site Manager is required for approx 6 to 12 months+ work on a new build school project in Stockport starting in early August 2024.
The Role: Candidates must be able to work on own initiative on a £13m new build school with the PM alongside overseeing the works - on a two storey building with approx.17 classrooms and ancillary buildings. Must have a good experience using IT software including Asta powerprojects.
The ideal Candidate will have the following Skills & Qualifications:
- White / Black CSCS card.
- SMSTS Cert.
- First Aid at Work.
- Senior Site Manager experience.
- Tier 1 - Main contractor experience.
- Experience of working on similar new build Education projects.
Pay Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Umbrella/CIS) negotiable on experience.
