Are you?

•             A concrete frame and facade specialist

•             Looking to work on major projects in the Northwest

•             Familiar and experienced working on Asta Power Projects

•             Experienced at working on high rise projects, 10 floors plus.

•             SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified

The Senior Site Manager will:

• Have full responsibility for all external packages including concrete frame and facade.
• Oversee the programme, amending and updating regularly (Asta).
• Read drawings and offer technical advice to the site team.
• Quality control for the build
• Attend client meetings and provide updates/progress reports.
• Work closely with the senior management team
• Manage supervisors, managers, subcontractors, and direct labour.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and lead by example.
