Are you an experienced Administrator with strong Excel skills?
My client a wonderful family-owned business is now seeking a superstar to support their sales function.
This position can also be offered on a four-day basis. As well as a fun and positive working environment, other benefits include 25days holiday, gifts for your birthday/anniversaries, free parking, cycle to work scheme and lots of additional training where required.
You will also need to a dog lover as their pooch is a regular visitor to the office.
Role duties
- Managing incoming sales calls and customer enquiries
- Forwarding customer issues to the relevant team member
- Managing CRM database and updating with relevant information
- Processing orders
- Upkeep of sales data on Excel and maintaining sales dashboards
- Raising invoices
- Forwarding quotes to customers
- All supporting office administration
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills needed.
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Good MS Office – especially Excel
- A positive and upbeat personality
- Strong self-motivation and bags of initiative
- Flexible in approach
- High attention to details and accuracy
