In this role, you'll be the backbone of their sales team, providing crucial support in various aspects of Sales Operations. From distributing leads promptly to managing the sales inbox efficiently, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their sales process runs seamlessly.
 
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll proactively gather customer feedback to enhance their service quality, contributing to an exceptional customer journey.
 
As a Sales Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
 

• Handling customer queries via email and Live Chat
• Confirming data accuracy and processing sales approvals
• Collaborating with different teams to resolve queries and streamline processes
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and data accuracy
• Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends

To excel in this role, you'll need to be resilient, adaptable, and possess strong organisation skills. Previous experience in process development and Salesforce knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential.
