    We are currently looking for a Sales Order processes to join out team In Warrington on a full time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the office - one of these being a Tuesday. For this role you must have fantastic organisation skills and experience dealing with external customers and providing a high standard of customer service.     Summary of role:
    • Working closely within the Order Management department in the back office, along with liaising with, internal departments and customers.
    • Opening and loading new Sales Orders into SAP including MDG & Amber Road.
    • Managing back orders and liaising closely with the Procurement team.
    • Taking credit card payments
    • Customer queries
    • Liaising closely with warehousing to ensure on time dispatching of parts.
    • Monitoring the Order Execution inbox to deal with related enquiries.
    • Ensuring the Sales Order Process is followed through to completion.
    • To ensure that all company procedures are followed throughout.
    • Keeping the databases up to date.
    Key responsibilities:
    • Processing of all Sales Orders onto SAP through the Order Execution in box and providing order confirmations with correct dispatch dates.
    • Liaising with procurement and warehouse to ensure the Sales Orders are dispatched in full and on time in accordance with the date’s within the SAP system.
    • Keeping customers up to date with shipments/unavailable stock items and managing the customers’ expectations.
    • Gathering the required information for new customer account creation as & when required. Using the online tools Amber Road and MDG for creation of new customer accounts and delivery addresses.
    • Maintaining accurate databases
    • Holiday cover
    • Assist with gathering all relevant documentation to ensure efficient dispatch/invoicing can be completed.
    • Day to day administration, export documentation, customer queries, returns and credit requests.
    Knowledge/Skills required:
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Computer skills
    • Strong teamwork & organisational skills
    • Ability to handle several complex orders at the same time with attention to detail.
    • SAP Experience
    • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement processes
    • Ability to work in a pressurised environment during busy periods
