Job description

Sales Order Processor and Customer Services - ASAP Start

Your new company
A successful business support organisation, tirelessly working to automate and bring in efficiencies for their clients. They have a substantial client base and provide their clients with the latest products available.
Your new role
You will directly support customers, update the company sales portal, manage Sales Orders ensuring they are process seamlessly, act as a coordinator for any 3rd parties, place orders and monitor delivery times and create sales Sage orders as required. You'll report directly to the Sales Order manager, processing the orders received and invoice the customer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in Customer Services and, ideally, Sales Order processing. Strong communication skills are essential. You'll need to work well as a team and have a positive approach to your work. This is a busy role and the organisation has ambitious SLAs to meet to maintain its reputation.
