What will you do?
- Managing customer order processing through to raising invoices on dispatch
- Manage customer service email and D2C live chat ensuring customers are updated
- Liaise with third-party warehouse to manage customer & stock orders
- Ensure 3PLs have necessary documents and requirements for products/labelling
- Deal with customer & supplier queries and complaints
What do you need?
- Proficient in Excel
- Previous sales admin/order processing experience within FMCG
- Experience working within an administration or customer role
- Interest in Beauty would be an advantage
- A great team spirit and an ambitious outlook
