The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing daily reports, liaising with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, picking and processing orders, and entering Sales Orders onto the system. This role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Produce daily reports to track sales and order statuses.
- Liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing.
- Pick and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter Sales Orders onto the system with a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
