Sales and Marketing makes certain that the Bentley Brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communications, events, retailers, products and services. We offer a bespoke, personalised experience for all customers and as a department we work together to ensure their experience is befitting of this unique brand. We also work closely to support our retailers, who are our ambassadors around the world.
INDUSTRIAL PLACEMENT AVAILABLE:
SALES PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS
The Sales Performance & Operations teams are responsible for driving the Bentley factory and sales teams around the world in planning and delivering our sales objectives, and optimising Sales Performance. You will experience Sales Planning, Sales Operations and Sales Performance Management.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working proactively and in partnership with the Sales Operations Managers to collate and communicate information to our sales teams around the world
- Supporting the Sales Performance Manager in the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports/analysis. Assisting automating and finding insight into the data
- Supporting the development and optimisation of Bentley sales processes
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 or have graduated in a Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Management degree. It would be advantageous to have prior knowledge of Tableau, Excel and data analysis models. The successful candidate will:
