Sales Progressor/Px Manager

Benefits –

• Basic Salary up to £30,000
• OTE £45,000 – £50,000
• Mileage Paid
• Private Healthcare
• Monday – Friday
• Mileage Paid (25p per mile after first 10 miles)

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a national developer, who were recently awarded Housebuilder of the Year, HBF 5 Star Housebuilder, and the ROSPA Gold for excellent Health & Safety.

The Role –  

• Manage reservations through to exchange assuring that exchange deadlines are met.
• Working with the sales team to ensure plot progression is carried out efficiently.
• Managing a portfolio of properties that have been bought in under the part exchange scheme.
• Progressing the part exchange properties to exchange & completion once resold.
• Visiting the part exchange properties.

Requirements 

• Conveyancing knowledge is essential.
• Must have worked directly for a new homes developer for at least 1 year.
