As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Sales, Project, and Logistics Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in our sales, project management, and Logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills. This position requires a proactive approach to managing sales quoting, coordinating projects from order to delivery, and ensuring seamless installation at client sites. This is a pivotal role to support the Sales Support Manager and wider team to meet the current demands of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Quoting:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes for clients based on their specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide competitive pricing solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of quotes, pricing, and customer interactions.
Project Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work alongside the Sales Support Manager to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with internal teams, including sales, production, and installation teams, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Logistics Management:
- Oversee the logistics of product delivery from the manufacturing facility to the client's site.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for transportation and Logistics.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous Business Administration and Logistics, experience essential.
- Previous experience in sales, project management, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
