Sales & Purchasing Admin Support - Leeds Based Business (Armley) - Temp to Perm-Will look at straight perm
We are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join our client's client's team in Armley.
The role is temp to perm and will pay between £24,000 and £27,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will be available to start mid-January and will work 5 days a week in the office. A uniform will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Process orders and invoicesProducing work ordersManage customer accountsRespond to customer enquiriesMaintain accurate records of sales transactionsBilling documents for materials and stockRaising PO numbersProvide administrative support to the sales teamThe company is going through a period of system changes and they are upgrading the ERP system. They would need this individual to support this change.
Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in sales administration is preferredThis is a great opportunity to join a growing business which is going through an exciting period of change. The role is initially temporary but could be permanent for the right candidate.
The hours will be 8 - 4.30, and I will be working in the office 5 days a week.
