Job description

We are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join our client's team in Armley.


The role is temp to perm and will pay between £24,000 and £27,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP and will work 5 days a week in the office. A uniform will be provided.
Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and invoices
  • Producing work orders
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions
  • Billing documents for materials and stock
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

The company is going through a period of system changes and they are upgrading the ERP system. They would need this individual to support this change.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in sales administration is preferred

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business which is going through an exciting period of change. The role is initially temporary but could be permanent for the right candidate.
The hours will be 8 - 4.30, and I will be working in the office 5 days a week.
