The Ideal Consultant:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, addressing their recruitment needs.
- Demonstrating proficiency in sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract and retain new business from client companies on a daily basis.
- Identifying high-quality candidates through various methods, including online job boards, networking, and referrals. Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, collecting feedback, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with both clients and candidates by ensuring a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates, and closely monitoring the progress of placed candidates to ensure their satisfaction and seamless integration within the client organisation.
What we are looking for
- Recent graduate, bachelor’s degree (2:1+) or equivalent experience
- Organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively multitask
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Results-driven mindset (preferably with track record of meeting goals and targets)
- IT skills
- Strong work ethic in relation to motivation to reach top earnings
What our client offers:
1st Year OTE: £25,000 (basic salary) - £40,000
2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000
3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000
