Sales Negotiators - With Experience in Property

This is a great opportunity to join an amazing company. Our client requires an 'Experienced Sales Negotiator’ who has a proven track record within Estate Agency and knowledge of the local area. You will have great communication skills/customer care. You are an enthusiastic candidate who is looking for a career and to progress with our client’s business.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging and attending viewings

• Negotiating on all sales

• Booking valuations (conducting them if needed)

• Managing own diary

• Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities

• Supporting Branch Manager and team

• Professional and motivated

• Driven and personable

• 12 months experience

Requirements:

-You are highly organised

-You are highly self-motivated and driven to close and complete a property deal

-You give full attention to detail and excellent customer service to all clients

-Your previous property sales and negotiation skills are implemented throughout the whole process of a sale from start to completion

Salary basic: 25k

Commission structure :10% uncapped.

OTE: 50k-70k

Petrol Allowance: £200-250 month

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 9am- 6pm ( Alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm)
