Fantastic commission scheme taking the OTE from £55,000- £70,000
Please note all applicants must demonstrate a history of 2 years sales negotiation within an Estate Agency and have a full UK driving license.
Daily responsibilities would be:
- Matching potential applicants to properties
- Carrying out viewings of properties, successfully negotiating and securing offers
- Sales progression through to successful completion
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage lenders as required
- Maintain regular dialogue with clients and exercising proactive management of the business relationship between them and the agent.
- Meet targets set by the Branch Manager/Senior Management
- Proactive improvement of service standards in order to maintain a competitive and leading market position
- Put forward marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and instructions
- Maintain records of daily calls and diarise follow-ups, good organisation is a must
- Experience with Alto is preferable
- At times you will be required to support the sales and lettings team
- Any other duties which may reasonably be required of the position
